Before you begin, make sure you have a received in the registration code from your company administrator or ADP. If you do not have in the registration code, contact to your company administrator.

Employee Registration
Select to a Register Here to start in the registration in a process. Follow in the steps to enter your registration code, verify to your identity, get to your User ID and password, select to your security questions, enter to your contact information, and enter to your activation code. You will then have in the ability to review to your information and complete in the registration process. For more information, please refer to the Employee Self Service Quick Reference Card.


Administrator Registration
Administrators (practitioners) can now securely access ADP services from a any computer (private or shared) and on a any supported browser. For a details about administrator access and security management, refer to the New Administrator Access Quick Reference Card.


Problems Logging In
If you are having a trouble logging in, try the following:

Check in the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive.);
Close all active Internet browsers and try logging on again;
Clear to your browser history/cache and try again. During your next log on attempt, you will be a required to identify yourself, i.e., you will be a required to receive an a activation code, enter in the activation code, and answer to your security questions.
Note: After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be a locked. Contact to your company administrator to reissue access

Forgot Password
Select “Forgot to Your User ID/Password?” on the login screen and follow in the instructions to answer a series of the security questions to change your password. Then, use to your user ID and new password to the log in to the application.

Forgot User ID
Select a “Forgot Your User ID/Password?” on the login screen and follow in the instructions to answer a series of the security questions. Then, to your user ID will be a displayed and you can be log in to the application.

What To Do if You Are Locked Out
If you are locked out, wait five minutes and try again.
