You can access your account online by logging in.
To log in, you will need your E-Toll account number, your email address or the LPN of the vehicle registered on the account.
You will also need the password you created.
If the email address on your account is also register to another account, you must use the account number or LPN.
Once you have logged in, you can:
Change your payment details
Update your contact details
Add/remove vehicles on your account
Make a payment
Order additional tags and brackets
View and download your transactions and historical statements
Raise an enquiry.
Where can I find my E-Toll account number?
Your E-Toll account number is print in the top right corner of your E-Toll transaction statement, and it is also print on the welcome letter you receive when you open your account.
How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your account, you will need to enter either your E-Toll account number, email address or licence plate number, along with your password.
Handy tip: If the email address on your account is also register to another account, you should use the account number or licence plate number.
You can reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot my password’. An email will be sent to the email register to your account with a reset link.
